SERENITY ASSISTED CARE LIVING

My sister was at Serenity. It is without a doubt Beaumonts hidden gem. When choosing a home, make sure to visit here before making a decision. It’s clean, smells nice, and has the sweetest staff.

Serenity is the best assisted care facility I have run across. My brother found Serenity for my dad with the help of his doctor. We both live out of the area and needed help finding a good place for him. Over the years, I have visited several assisted care facilities and know what to look for--what makes a good one and what doesn't. My checklist goes something like this: 1) Is it clean? How clean? If it's clean, it shows people care. Serenity is the most spotless facility I have toured, from clean ceilings (even around the A/C vents) to the chandeliers. Plus, it is well-lit. 2) How does it smell? Serenity did not have the "assisted care facility smell." This may be blunt, but it's important when you're talking about your loved one. 3) Do the staff talk to each other? The staff at Serenity passed this check with flying colors. The staff communicates well with each other and is well-coordinated. This translates to good service for the residents. (If a staff stays mostly in "their areas" and does not communicate well with each other, service will suffer) 4) Are the staff happy? Serenity 100% yes 5) Are the residents well cared for? You can only tell by spending time there and observing. I did this over a week, showing up at various times and staying for various lengths, and I must say 100% yes. 6) Is the food good? Yes again. 6) Does the facility respond to you quickly? Yes, Serenity does. I have toured ten facilities, and this one was the best, hands down. Read their Mission Statement and see how they adhere to it. To add to it. My dad has passed since I wrote this review. Serenity was well represented at his funeral. The owner was there, and her genuine caring was greatly appreciated by my family. Again, I am so happy we found Serenity. ❤️

My Dad is being cared for at Serenity Assisted Care Living and he loves it. Mrs V and her staff go above and beyond to make them feel at home. They are always so sweet and take the time to to say hello and get to know those who come to visit and answer any questions you have. My Dad, Mr. Hardy, is so spoiled and just loves this staff. God Bless each and everyone of them for taking such good care of him., it means the world to me.

My mom has been at Serenity House for several months. The staff is outstanding!! I don't ever have to worry about her getting her meds on time. The food is GREAT. She loves playing Bingo and has lots of fun! Thank you to your outstanding staff for the care you have given to my mom.

Entrusting both my father and mother for ten years to the special atmosphere of caring and interest, provided a place of love and nurturing that led to an extended one hundred year birthday for my mother and ninety one years for my father! The energy and patience and wonderful philosophy of Mrs.Vertil continues to build successful habits for her residents. The scope and breadth of her talents and abilities to create a beautiful life for the residents is to be commended and lauded. She is a very devoted "hero" in her field--------a very special lady and champion of the aging generation!
