Following a recent tour of Serenity Family Care Home, led by the Activities Director, Amanda, I was highly impressed by the facility's exceptional cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing environment. The quality of the building and the evident care taken in its upkeep strongly suggest that Serenity Family Care Home would be a suitable and comfortable assisted living facility for a loved one. I was particularly impressed by “Home atmosphere” detail that stood out, the spacious common areas, the resident interaction, the overall atmosphere. My overall assessment is overwhelmingly positive. This place is perfect for our needs. The staff is amazing and the ownership really care about their resident’s. Serenity takes great care of our family and makes this place their special home.

Amazing staff who exhibit teamwork and compassion when caring for the residents. The 1:6 caregiver/resident ratio is outstanding knowing that the resident is receiving more hands-on, personalized, quality care. Truly a breath of fresh air knowing how well the residents are taken care of in this home. Highly recommend!
