SERENITY GARDENS

I can't say enough good things about Serenity Gardens in Friendswood, TX. My mom was a resident there for three years, and during that time, they provided exceptional care. The staff was always compassionate, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable and well taken care of. Having experienced two other memory care homes before Serenity Gardens, I can honestly say this place exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you could tell that the caregivers genuinely cared about the residents. They made it a priority to create a sense of community and individualized care that made all the difference for my mom. I am so grateful to the entire team at Serenity Gardens for their dedication and professionalism. They were an absolute blessing to our family, and I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for high-quality memory care.

My dad lived at Serenity Gardens for the past 4 1/2 years and just passed away. I tried other homes for both my mom and my dad. I am so thankful that I found Serenity Gardens. They were the most loving and caring staff that I have ever experienced and I tried plenty of facilities! Rusty and his staff took care of my dad like he was their own. I witnessed 1 of the staff giving my dad a Christmas present out of their own pocket and this wasn't unusual. I saw the special care that they gave him when I showed up unannounced. The special things that they did for him just because he liked something. He never had bed sores or anything else that would indicate that he wasn't being cared for. They loved him even when he was difficult and he could be difficult. Rusty or the owner always notified me immediately whenever my dad needed something or had a problem. No surprises. What more could a daughter ask for their dad? I would put my loved one at Serenity Gardens in a heartbeat.

I love Serenity Gardens, it is a beautiful building and always clean and well kept. Karen their Activity Director keeps them very busy and engaged. They celebrate every residents Birthday individually and make it a lot of fun for each resident. It is obvious the staff love their residents and the residents love them. I highly recommend Serenity Gardens for your loved ones care❣️

Both my parents have dementia and last August when their care & medical issues got to be too much for me, we moved them into Serenity Gardens in Friendswood. My dad transitioned fairly quickly but it was harder for my mom. The director, Rusty, and the staff have worked tirelessly to gain her trust, make her feel safe & like family, and come up with creative ways to help her. She has adjusted but things pop up here & there and Rusty always answers my phone calls or texts promptly, is so positive and calms down any anxiety I may be feeling by explaining that dementia is so complex but they have ways to help her and they’ve got it covered. I feel my parents are safe, healthy, & well cared for and it’s allowed me time again w/my husband, adult kids, & my two grandchildren. I’m thankful they all work so hard & go above and beyond for their residents.

I am a hospice nurse and have been going to Serenity Gardens Friendswood for the past year. I give this facility a five star rating. The building is beautiful and always clean. The staff absolutely love the residents and it warms my heart to watch them interact and care for them. The atmosphere feels like a home and not a facility. The meals are incredible. They have fun activities with a lot of resident participation. The director, Rusty, is very involved and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The owners are also very present and active in the buildings. I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Gardens. If you are looking for exceptional care, go by and check it out. ❤️❤️
