Extremely nice and comfortable furniture on the inside, really nice front porch and backyard with really nice assisted living equipment and support.

I have toured 4 of the Serenity Gardens homes. They are beautiful, clean and seem to be well managed. A friend of mine who is a long term resident of the Potomac location is very happy with the care she is receiving. Whenever I visit, I notice that the staff and nurses are friendly and truly care about the residents.

This is one of the most unprofessional facilities I have ever visited. I wouldn’t even place my dog here. Claudia, an employee, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to both clients and their families. Her behavior today has left me concerned for the safety of the clients. If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would.
