My mom had been at Serenity since July and just passed yesterday. She received great care in a comforting warm environment. The staff communicated with our family every step of the way. The first time I walked into Serenity Homes in Sterling Heights I felt total tranquility. I knew this was the place for my husband. The staff and owners were professional and loving. My husband was treated with the upmost kindness and dignity. The medical professionalism was very efficient from the minute he arrived there. The kindness and care was so soothing to him and me. Every detail was executed as if he was family. I highly recommend Serenity House for your loved one.

It has been a tough time posting anything about my Dads passing but there is one piece of the process that i need to express and that was the home that took care of him in his last days. Serenity Homes (Walnut Creek) took the best care of him and my family was so grateful for his care. The staff treated him not only as a contributing human being but as a friend. He loved being there. I wanted to let the staff know how much we appreciated their warmth and concern for him. I will never forget that. Thank you, especially caretaker Cindy who sat and watched the Lions and the Super bowl with him and treated him with compassion and care. Our family truly would recommend this home to everyone. It was a godsend for us and him.
