SERENITY SENIOR LIVING

I have been by Serenity senior living to help out with some events and the place is great, awesome friendly staff, the place is well kept, and the residents are always happy and welcoming. This is an excellent assisted living in the Austin/pflugerville area.

Popped in to see my daughter and walked into a live courtyard concert of piano and musical show tunes.  Residents were clapping, smiling, and enjoying specialty mocktails. It was such a warm, community feel. If this is everyday life here, I can only hope I’m lucky enough to find a place like this when I need it.

I just moved here for a healthcare job. I’ve been invited to a few community events at Serenity Senior Living by my sister and left impressed each time. They actually open the place up—families, volunteers, neighbors, local partners—and it gives the whole home a friendly and welcoming vibe. The frequent events with live music, pet visits, art, and simple movement bring true joy. It feels less like a facility and more like a neighborhood spot where our seniors can thrive!  Easy five stars.

My mom has been at Serenity now for just about a month. Everyone is super kind, friendly, and efficient. She is well-fed, kept clean, and even with her mobility issues, they do their best to get her up and out of bed most days. The facility is SUPER clean, the owners are constantly making upgrades, even in just the short time we've been there, and it always smells good. The rooms are spacious, and they often have some activities or visitors come play music or bring service dogs. I've been fortunate to sit there most mornings, bring my computer, and work from there while visiting my mom, so they also allow that. Also, the convenience of them being just 15-20 minutes from my house helps a ton as well! I feel a ton better knowing that my mom is in good hands and her needs are being met. I know looking for a facility for a parent is a taxing task. I would highly recommend checking Serenity out. They quickly went to #1 on my list when I was visiting, interviewing staff, and reviewing other facilities.

A true professional in senior care — Kim Craig at Serenity! As a Senior Care Manager with Katrina Home Care Consulting, I toured Serenity with Kim and was so impressed. She is professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. The home is beautiful, full of charm, and thoughtfully remodeled. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Kim to see all that Serenity has to offer.
