Lisa Saverus is harrassing a friend of mine. This is the rating we have for them for poor business practices and lack of human compassion. It's unaaceptable for her to be harrasing them. Instead of pausing and reflecting, that my friend is providing for a family member with terminal brain cancer. STOP harrassing them Lisa. You went to them and they tried to communicate about it but you insisted on being a mean person. Our friend is providing for a family member with brain cancer. They wrote a response apologizing for not being able to be there and tried communicating with her to remove the response. Instead she harasses them.

Feels more like a home instead of a facility. Staff and management are amazing!!
