SERENITY VILLA ASSISTED LIVING IV

Our mom was in a different assisted living facility and fell and broke her hip. She was then sent to rehab for several weeks. When she was ready to return to assisted living we were told she would be moved to the memory care section of their facility. Even though she had been diagnosed with dementia, we were not happy with this decision based on how their facility was set up. We reached out to Tracy to see if we could tour their facility. We were immediately impressed by the facility itself and all the staff! We were very happy to know that our mom would be in an all inclusive living environment! All the staff made her transition very smooth and also made her and all of our family feel welcomed and confident that mom was in the best program and care. Unfortunately moms health deteriorated and she needed hospice care. Hospice care was done right at Serenity Villa which made this transition smooth and comforting. All Serenity Villa staff and the Hospice care team were so amazing and comforting to our family as mom transitioned to her final resting. We can not say enough good about our experience and time with Serenity Villa. Our only regret is that we did not bring mom to Serenity sooner.

My Mom lives at Serenity Villa. I thank God they were recommended. Every one of these Earth Angels is loving, caring, cheerful and interested in Mom's well being and that of our family members. She is so happy with her caregivers, the home cooked food, activities and her beautiful room. I wouldn't want her any where else.

My mother has been at Serenity Villa since early 2020, right before Covid got bad. I am forever grateful to Tracy for providing such a loving, caring, beautiful home for her residents. The staff truly loves these residents and Tracy looks out for her staff, residents and family. Honestly, if you want to work for someone that has your back, and you love helping others, this is the place to be. If you are looking for a home for your loved one that you can go home at night and know they are getting the best care they could receive, this is the place for your loved one. They are not perfect, no. Will things happen, yes. But they do their best and are exceptional at it. Thank God for these angels at Serenity!

My Mom was at Serenity Villa for 6 years after my Dad passed away. She was broke and very sad for months, but after moving to Serenity she started turning around. She began to smile again, and even started laughing. The people and staff made her life worth living again and I will never be able to thank them enough for that! She was happy a content there, and if I had to do it all again that is where she would be. It is an amazing place!

The Serenity staff is absolutely great! In a time when long term care organizations sometimes get a lot of negative publicity, Serenity stands apart as an example of how to get it/do it right. My father has been a resident for 2+ years now and his care by Tracey (the owner) and her team is loving and caring and very consistent. It's clear from my multiple visits per week that the staff is focused on care...not a job. Facilities are newer and very well maintained providing residents with a very homelike atmosphere. Thank you Serenity for all you do!
