SERRA HIGHLANDS SENIOR LIVING

Although we discovered Serra Highlands was not the best fit for our mother, we left with a good impression. It was clean, organized and staff was friendly.The following day, I spoke with Ruth briefly and she is someone with a wealth of knowledge and was willing to be a resource of information even though were no longer interested in the facility. She was awesome!

Very recommended this place because this place is nice and lots of many friendly workers and there food was amazing they have different kind of options if u don’t like the menu for today u can have another option if u like burger, salad , desserts etc. this place has also had a great view and the outside garden was very refreshing love this view.

We truly enjoyed our visit at Serra Highlands Senior Living. Elaina received us, gave us a detailed description of the facility. Even though my mother is not qualified for their facility, she still gave us a comprehensive tour and recommendations for the facility that would be suitable for my mother. Elaina is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the banana bread that Elaina gave us as a gift was delicious.

It was a last minute to move my mother to California from the east coast and I just want to say working with Claudia and Karina have been wonderful. They were very supportive to the process which was what I needed since I was new to all of this. Plus being a single mother of 4 and working full-time I needed all the help and guidance I could get. Not only was this place affordable but the level of care my mom has received has been amazing. My mother is very happy and I feel we have a sense of community. They have been very warm and welcoming to my mother. The staff is amazing and keep me updated of what is going on with her. Thank you so much Atria Daly City. You have made my mom very happy and keeps me at ease knowing that my mom is in good hands. Thank you, Sincerely Jennifer

I was recommended two years ago by a friend to bring my brother to the community of Atria in Daly City. This was the best decision I made on his behalf for myself and my family. What a beautiful community! Director Cecilia and Chef Walter really form a dynamic duo along with their ever caring staff which is nevertheless tender, polite and very alert! The real proof came when COVID-19 hit California and subsequently all care facilities. What a crew! All of them with no one exempted went above and beyond their abilities to help the vulnerable residents during this difficult time. Their dedicated service continues today and will for years to come. I was amazed to learn the number of hours each of every one put for the community sacrificing their personal life their families, their own time. Also before the pandemic hit, the community was thriving socially with all the activities and field trips that made them "feel good" and as members of a big family. I cannot say anymore than to recommend Atria to anyone who needs to put their older loved ones in a safe, caring and loving environment. The economics of it are also great! The price is right as they say and Chef Walter will never disappoint you! You will be in a very good place!
