Great place for Dad. He has enjoyed the friends he has made there. The guys all sit together to eat and hang out. Plenty of food for him at meal time and it’s a balanced diet for his health. The staff listens to our recommendations for him and we receive feedback when there are tough nights with him. Thanks for all you do for him.

My father has dementia and was combative for diaper changes and showers. They wanted to drug him and make him a zombie like the other residents but we would not let them. One night he was being combative which is very common for dementia patients but they called the police on him. If left alone he is not aggressive so why on earth would you call the police?? When the police arrived they had no idea why they were even there. Eventually, the transport arrived and took him to the hospital. The hospital released him on a Friday. Management at Seven Hills told us at 11:45 they would arrange for transport. We sat and waited all day. At 4:15 the social worker walks in and says Seven Hills refuses to take him back. Sometime around 4:45 Seven Hills called to tell us he could not come back. We were left on a Friday evening with no medicine, no diapers and no help. I could not believe they treated us this way. I think it very much goes to the character of these people. Also, we would go during lunch and dinner and noticed that the food was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend Seven Hills!!

Do not send your loved ones here. I wish we had found the poor reviews before, but you have to dig to find the truth. The facility looks nice, but their patients are drugged zombies. The food is looks inedible, they get little to no enrichment, and the patients are borderline neglected. Like most of these places, they are understaffed, and if your loved one needs any special care... good luck. It was more common than not that we showed up to a wet diaper. On one occasion, staff was made aware of the wet diaper and we were told it would be fixed. Another family member showed up two hours later and the diaper had not been changed. We have even come in to dirty diapers left on the counter. They sent my loved one to the hospital and didn't bother to let the family know. They refused to tell the hospital transport my loved ones name, saying they didn't need to know, and lied about my family's involvement in his life. The hospital had to call to let us know. The hospital transport even described their shock at how my loved one was handled. People with memory problems can't help that they're in this state, and treating the patients as less than human is deplorable. The management of this facility should be ashamed. Heed my warning- DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!

As a hospice provider, I’ve had the opportunity to visit and care for patients at Seven Hills Square. The staff has always been courteous and welcoming during my visits. The facility is clean and organized, and communication with the care team has been smooth. While I don’t have daily insight into all aspects of the facility, my experience has been positive.

Mom was there for 4 years. We saw a lot of changes during her stay and I can say that they currently have the best staff I've worked with. The morale of the staff is great. They smile and speak every time we cross paths. The location is easy in and out for visitors. The building stays clean and the food is good. I definitely recommend Seven Hills for your loved one.
