The staff and admissions coordinator are always communicative and hospitable to assisting us with placement of patients. The staff are welcoming , compassionate and know their residents thoroughly. They truly want to make sure each patient gets the best care and go above par to meet care for each resident. Communication is clear and consistent, which gives our family so much peace of mind. It’s evident that the team truly cares about the well-being and dignity of each resident. We are so grateful for the outstanding care provided here. Highly recommend!

The team at Seven Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care have a longevity that is rare in senior living. The Director and entire team go above and beyond to be involved in the day to day operations and taking care of the residents.

My Grandma. Was place for 11 mouth it was good at the start but at the end nobody pick up the phone. And. Me My sister Got Mad. But good now super bad

My mom was placed at this facility about a year ago. Amanda and her staff take such good care of her. Mom is treated like family. I can’t say enough about this facility especially through this recent pandemic. They followed NC guidelines and maintained a safe facility for all residents and staff. It was a hard decision to put my mom there but so glad I did because I know, without hesitation that they love her and take care of her as I would. Thank you Amanda B. And staff, Seven Lakes is the best!!!!!!!
