75 State Street is a wonderful option for Senior Living. Right in the heart of down town Portland. You can start independently and gradually ad care or go right into assisted living. Close to some of the best restaurants in the country, museums, arts and theater all with in walking distance.

Moving to 75 State Street was a wonderful decision. Both residents and staff have been very welcoming and supportive making my transition seamless. I love my apartment with a balcony and stunning views of Casco Bay.

I’ve been at 75 State St for just over 3 years and I have noticed there are 2 individuals (Hallie and Margaret) who go above and beyond when someone new comes here for tours. They seem to know their stuff. 75 State St is lucky to have them.

75 State Street is one of the most well-connected and reliably structured communities in Portland. With independent living, assisted living, and a strong number of MaineCare-licensed beds, it offers a rare level of versatility for families navigating complex decisions. I’ve referred here many times and always feel confident doing so. It’s the kind of place where the infrastructure quietly reinforces peace of mind.

I put my mother in after my father died as she needed more than home case assistance. 75 SS is absolutely the best place we could have ever found for her needs. They are there for all of her needs in every way. Very grateful and able to sleep at night. Thank you!!
