I had my mom in a large corporate assisted living facility for a couple of years. The staff was a revolving door with seemingly very few people that actually cared or did their jobs. I ended up spending multiple hours a day doing myself what should’ve been done by the staff to care for her. In my frustration I started looking for alternatives. I came across this small privately owned assisted living home called Sevya. I made an appointment with the owner Nima who from day one was so kind and you could tell she genuinely cared. It’s actually located in a home with six bedrooms so my mom felt much more at home from day one. The staff is much more qualified and much more caring in everything they do. Every one of them go above and beyond to treat the residence as they would their own family. No turnover, no drama, just a qualified caring staff. How refreshing. I can’t honestly say enough what a blessing Sevya and staff have been to us. We now have the peace of mind knowing she is cared for. They have my highest recommendation.

The staff treated my mother in law with dignity, tenderness, and love during her final moments. I will never forget the kindness they showed to her and my family. They provided a home away from home. Love this Assisted Living Facility that Nima has started. My grandmother is one of the residents here and everyone there is so kind and thoughtful! My Grandmother always has a smile on her face and it brings me great joy to always visit with her and her friends, and the lovely people that work there. They go well and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and they take especially good care of my sweet grandmother, and that’s all that matters to me! Highly recommend! Sevya Homes provides high quality, appropriate, kind, and compassionate care to the residents. Certified and trained staff are available 24/7 to provide care and meet the needs of the residents. A fulfilling and high quality of life is provided by encouraging residents to stay active through exercise, arts and crafts, games, music therapy, and nature walks. Just check the monthly activity calendar! The residents are given nutritious and delicious food prepared from scratch and made with lots of love. There are 3 meals per day with snacks in between meals. Alternative meals are provided if the resident wants something else. At Sevya Homes, your loved one is considered a treasure and is treated like one!
