Terrible home to place someone. Literally if you really want your loved one to be well taken care of, please go somewhere else. The employees are paid to just give less than par of service. If you still choose to send someone there, make sure you are over the staffs head about how to properly take care of someone. Otherwise, they won’t wont do their job.

I have the privilege of visiting Palm Villas regularly in my role as a hospice nurse, and I’m truly impressed by the exceptional care and dedication that I witness there. This is a place where residents are not just cared for, they are embraced and celebrated. Nurse Blyth and Supervisor Jimena are unwavering advocates for the residents, and they set high standards for the visiting healthcare professionals who provide services at the community. This commitment to excellence ensures that every resident receives the best possible care. The medtechs and caregiving staff are skilled professionals who go the extra mile to make every day special for the residents. Theresa, the activities director, organizes a wide range of engaging activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being for the residents. She is great at adapting activities to ensure everyone is able to benefit. The community director, Michelle, is often seen at Palm Villas interacting with residents and ensuring a smooth transition for new admissions. The bond between all staff members and residents is palpable, extending beyond duty to genuine affection and understanding. It’s heartwarming to see how Palm Villas encourages residents to live life to their fullest potential all while maintaining a holistic and comfort-focused approach to those nearing the end of life. I wholeheartedly recommend Palm Villas to anyone in search of a loving, home-like setting where individuality is respected and residents are cherished members of a caring community. I would not hesitate to have my loved one call this exceptional community their home.

Palm Villas has been a God sent for my husband and I. I feel their warmth every time I visit my husband and I can see they care for him and take great care of him. Palm Villas is owned by 2 wonderful brothers who are very present at the facility along with their friendly dogs. I often see the owners walking around and engaged in friendly exchanges with the residents as if they were all one big family. I love that the facility is 100% memory care which keeps the focus on my husbands disease. I also love how clean it always is including my husband’s room, and that music is always playing when I walk in. The staff is so friendly and everyone including their activity coordinator, is busy keeping the residents comfortable, engaged, and busy with games, trivia questions, movies, etc. Palm Villas offers full service so I don’t have to worry about providing essentials like diapers, linens, medicine, etc. They also coordinate doctor visits at the facility, they work with a pharmacy to request all required medications, and they administer and track all medications. Palm Villas also offers podiatry and hair cutting services which they coordinate and schedule upon request. I really appreciate how easy it is to reach their staff. They’re always available by phone or text, very responsive with status on my husband’s condition, his medications, and great at answering all my questions. Thank you to all Palm Villas staff. I appreciate you all very much and I highly recommend Palm Villas facilities.

Palm Villas is an outstanding community with caring staff, darling animals, and a wonderful environment. Always impressed with how they go above and beyond for their residents.

My husband's short stay in Palm Villas was such a fantastic experience for me and my family. I never met a person working there that wasn't genuinely concerned for my husband. He, his clothing and his room were kept spotlessly clean. The food was excellent. I wish I had known about Palm Villas earlier. The owner, as well as the staff, are outstanding.
