Shard Villa

As part of a team that periodically reviews patient well being at facilities like Shard Villa, I had the opportunity to talk informally with several residents and staff. Shard Villa impressed me because residents ranged from content to truly happy. The staff I encountered, while working as hard as at any facility, all took time for the patients, whether it was a warm greeting or a real conversation. They knew everyone. Each patient has a private room. It was as home-like an atmosphere as possible.

Lucien Paquette is staying here and they are taking good care of him. I would not mind staying there when it's my turn.
