SHARON CARE CENTER ASSISTED LIVING

Most of the staff took really good care of my Dad in memory care with the exception of a caregiver that YELLED at me when I was visiting my Dad , pointed her finger and DEMANDED I go sit in another room instead of visiting my dad in the dining area. Im afraid if she is talking to a VISITOR that way, she is definitely talking to the vunerable, elderly residents that way too. The visitors and residents desere more respect than this!!!I' This employee does NOT have the temperament to be working there.

This facility was wonderful with my Mom. She was there for short term rehab and we were very happy with response times from the staff and the care she received. I had been very reluctant to have her in any nursing facility, but Sharon Care was great. If either of my parents need care in the future, we would absolutely use them again. Update: Despite never hearing a negative word during my mom's stay about her attitude or motivation the facility has declined to take her back saying she was uncooperative. So they either don't communicate well with the families or refuse return patients to keep their re-admission rates artificially low.

I highly recommend Sharon Care Center for the high caliber care provided to my mother, Marie Powell, during her recent 2+ month stay. A special shout out to Jymmie Reed who not only made my mother feel welcomed and cared for, but also took the time to make sure my husband and I had the assistance we needed to make our way through the labyrinth issues associated with elder care. Thank you.

My Mom is a resident in Sharon Care Centralia and I am thrilled with the care and individual attention she receives. Each person who supports her really knows her and treats her with deep respect. She is content and feels save and loved. I couldn’t ask for more!
