SHENANDOAH ASSISTED LIVING IN NORTH AUSTIN, LLC

Our close family friend was a resident at Shenandoah Villas for quite some time. He was well cared for by all the staff members and enjoyed his time there. The family owned and operated business is unique in that residents are treated like extended family. Their combined experience is extensive and is shown on a daily basis by their excellent care and compassion. The meals that are served are completely homemade, healthy and nutritious; you won’t find processed foods here. Whole foods with protein, vegetables and fruits are on the daily menu. I came to learn that the owner, Zalina, built this facility from the ground up nearly 30 years ago. It’s no accident that Shenandoah Villas has been in business for that many years.

After looking into other places for my mother to live in the Austin area, my brothers and I feel very lucky to have found Shenandoah Villa Assisted Living for her. The staff give her expert care and personal attention - paying close attention to her medications and needs. All the staff are very friendly, observant, caring and skilled. It is a relatively small facility and I see that every resident receives the best, most personal care - they know their residents! The home cooked meals are freshly made with healthy and tasty ingredients and my mother loves them. The facility is clean, bright and always fresh smelling. Zalina, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the business of assisted living and in working with people - she and all the staff are warm hearted and caring. My mother has lived at Shenandoah Villa for 2 years now and we continue to be happy and thankful that our mom lives there.

My family had the most wonderful caring experience at Shenandoah villa, my mother lived there for about 4 years and she was very happy, the staff was very attentive, kind professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of my mother's needs. The environment was always extremely clean any time of the day or night my family would drop by and my mother was clean, well fed and medical care attended to. The food at this facility was always fresh and prepared daily by staff. The menu was designed for all needs and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere nurturing for there loved ones.

We love Shenandoah. This facility was highly recommended to us by good friends whose father lived there three + years and they had no complaints. My mother-in-law is well taken care of and we are very satisfied with the staff, service and care provided. It is a great family atmosphere. We visit several times a week and have never experience unsannitary or neglect. We are also very happy with the cleanliness of the facility.

Shenandoah is quaint, clean with a pleasant aroma throughout and is conveniently located in Cedar Park. We recommend for short or long-term care needs. Zalina is very experienced in running an assisted living business.
