A family member of mine resides here and they love talking about Sidni. I just want to thank the lighthouse for bringing her on board. She’s been such a delight to my family member’s eyes. My family and I love you Sidni! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You’re the sunshine to any cloudy day.

Calling to desperately get help because. They actual gave me a sense of hope right before the part of Sales Pitch. While all the places I have had insurance bet being deny any kinds of amenities,. So therapy’s, one on one , creative class, yoga, pool basketball court. All of my insurance’s will pay yes the need a cool $100,000. I have called well over 250 facilities around the us and been rejected by every one. They claim addicts Dow song help but it’s time to holding these “treatment facilities accountable. Yes, we are in the middle of a drug crisis and it is by no means getting any better nor do I see a future where it will. I just want to live my life to be able to be out there not even fully happy just a little but they dangle you along with these fake promises and then they hit you with the sales pitch. I don’t know where else to call anymore. I’ve had social workers insurance companies, case managers all of them and not gotten any resources so it’s kind of starting to see like I might not look to see 44 this year.

I don't even give this place 1 star, my daughter has been a resident there for 7 years now. Make my daughter wear a mask during Covid but staff don't have to. She wants to attend special Olympics but says no to her because she is not in school. What a crock of crap, that should not matter. Personal hygiene her toe nails only get once every 2 months?? ? WHAT. Are they lazy or just don't care. I have voiced my concerns with the staff there and only get shut down with no answers. If I had another choice my daughter would not be here. DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

Do not send the person you love to this place. My son was admitted on Wednesday and they did an emergency discharge. Served me at the hospital they took him to without looking at me. Yesterday he had a good day, today he struggled. They wanted to admit him in a psych hospital which can’t be done in mi. My son is non verbal and autistic. I have been working with them for over a year. They knew my struggles and promised they could help. They gave him one day of bad behavior and kicked him out. I worked very hard with our county to get him admitted. They claim they help with behavioral they do not. Stay away from here unless you want to come back right away. I noticed the reviews are scrubbed, so I’m hoping this reaches a few families to save. I thought it was odd that the reviews are removed off of Facebook.

They will not require staff to be vaccinated, my sons house is now on their 4th employee, and 1 resident to test positive for covid in the last 3 weeks.Asked for vaccinated staff only and was told no. We have had staff spray him in the face with water when he was Misbehaving, rub his face in his our urine for wetting his bed. Both were handled but should have never happened to start with. Would not recommend to anyone.
