Pros -small population with a low ratio of caregivers to residents (1:6) -home cooked food (never ate but smells delicious Cons -would not recommend if your loved one needs moderate to frequent assistance. -if your loved one cannot speak for themselves, and you have to be away from them for long periods of time, I would not recommend. Former residents of mine were moved to the facility. They did a great job with their care to an extent. One is always missing his trademark glasses and cap. The other was as happy as could be. My uncle was moved to this facility. It was a rash decision beyond my control. I checked on him as often as I could. I would often find him isolated in his room, sedated, and restrained with a chair table. More often than not, his room smelled of urine and fecal waste. The staff would roll their eyes when I'd ask if they could do something for him (transfer him to bed when he was asleep in his wheelchair, change him, or take him to sit in the common area). When my uncle passed (estimation between 2-3 am) they did not call hospice until 4am. I suspect they did not check on him as often as they should have. When I arrived at the facility at 5:55am, my uncle had his legs hanging off the bed, jaw wide open, and his body was curled. He was soiled. There was no point in asking staff for assistance. They didn't care. I adjusted him right before my aunt arrived to look somewhat presentable. I ended up changing him myself. I discovered cuts on his legs with Ill-fitting Ted hoses. I'm disgusted with their treatment of my uncle.

All of their staff are friendly, accommodating and the place is nice and neat. The food that they are serving is great because of their experienced cook! Highly recommend...
