I’m another Nieghbor and I confirm this place is abusing elder people and reported them to code compliance they always have people walking around like it’s a holding facility thy never take them out they are in death beds just there this is so sad I feel sorry for the elder people who have no voice

I have first hand seen as a neighbor they treat these old people so bad I feel sorry for there families they just sit in the back yard and the nurses are mean to them the place is filthy they always yell this place seems like a mental home more then anything

Very nice place and they care about their residents and do a good job for taking care of resident's medications...excellent service

The staff was so helpful helping me find a place for a friend. This facility is very clean, smells nice and the residents are so sweet!! I would definitely recommend shiny days in Cedar Hill to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!
