Shuler Health Care/Crane Villa

My mother had excellent care for over six years at Shuler. We visited numerous places that charged two to three times the price but did not come close to the quality of care she received at Shuler. They keep a small family like setting that is able to maintain a higher level of care. They went above and beyond to get her to medical and dental appointments.

My mom got moved in here at Shuler a couple of weeks ago. I can honestly say that I haven't seen her this happy with her living situation in over 15 months. It means a lot to me the excellent care she's been given so far. I love this location for my mom and the 'Welcoming' environment. Thank you again! :)

Shuler Healthcare has been a blessing for my mom. We looked at several assisted living/nursing facilities prior to coming here, and they were all depressing "come to die" type of places. As soon as we pulled into Shulers it felt like home! Everyone is very kind, the grounds are beautiful and full of flowers and birds. A koi pond to relax by. Picnic area. My mother went from feeling sad to telling me yesterday "she feels like amillion bucks". I can now rest knowing that she is in a awesome place. And I enjoy going to visit because it's so peaceful. Thank you Greta and Kayla for excepting her and thank you Brandon for making us feel right at home!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my friend is still alive, she’s able to live in a clean environment and she occasionally has people there that care for her welfare. But honestly I’m so disappointed with Lee and her lack of support and communication. There was a time that she was very helpful but in the past year she’s literally ghosted me and blatantly disregarded any messages I’ve left or attempted to have some type of communication about my friends wellness.
