Signature Healthcare at Jefferson Place Rehab & We

My husband was here for almost 2 weeks. He went there for Physical Therapy and ti fet stronger. They were not aggressive at all with this and care for him was awful. They do not communicate well at all. He fell 3 times i asked for rails to be put on his bed and they stated PT would have to order those. After him falling 3 times they put mats on each side of his bed. I told them a couple of different times that his catheter did not look right and on the day I said the same thing and nurse rudely well all you can do is empty it. I said he isn't ready to go home she stated he doesn't have a choice. They are short staffed and everytime I was there they were all acting professional and one nurse kept using the F word. This is not a rehab facility you want your loved ones going to. My husband left there worse off than when he went there and ended up back in the ER and still in the hospital the day after being discharged for rehab. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

I recommend this facility to no one!!!! please if you love your family member keep away from this disgusting place. The poor excuse of nursing staff etc. the lack of cleanliness and non empathy is ridiculous!!! My father was released from the hospital and sent here for Physical Therapy which he received none at all! he came home worse than he was before arriving. Fecal matter still on his body and clothing numerous visits with no attention. I’m doing everything in my power to get this place shutdown. Horrible, Horrible facility wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Oh and not to mention the findings of another patients information in his room which that or was a Hispanic male and my dad is a Black man. Which definitely is a HIPPA violation.

We’ve had such a great experience here. The care and friendly atmosphere is amazing. Mom really felt safe here and they really focus on a community of care. Erin, the Nursing Director is on top of everything! She has even remained in touch after my mom was transferred out to ask almost daily “how’s mom?” I’m not sure how we would have navigated this without her and her wonderful team!

Jefferson Place has surpassed the expectations of myself and my family. They have taken really good care for my loved ones while being cared for at the facility. A-1 place to have your loved ones cared for. Staff really shows that they care. Jefferson Place is my number 1 choice in long and short term care. Thanks to Any Brown and the entire staff!
