I was looking for a place to live and I ran across this apartment/home place. I called and scheduled an appt to look at an apartment. I went in and meet this gentleman named Alex, very very nice guy. Very polite, very considerate, and extremely easy to talk too. There was no pressure from him to rent or to make a decision. He let me do my thing and think about it. I was a little hesitant about the complex just because of the layout. I am not to found of the layout. Alex did call me and he asked me what I thought about the place. I was honest and truthful about the place. I just thought it was weird with walking into a building and having apartments next to each other so to speak. At first I was standoffish, and then I went back and looked at them again and I felt more comfortable about the way it looked. So I applied and got accepted and it’s all due to Alex Ochoa, Alex made it a little more easier for me to feel comfortable giving it a shot. As busy as Alex was he took the time to show me a second time around. I can’t reiterate enough how cool and how nice Alex is. I honestly think Alex needs a pat on the back for making me feel like I could go back and apply with no pressure at all. Thank you sir for everything you have done for me.

Roseville Commons is the community my dad lived in for his golden years. My family was so moved by the staff’s love and hospitality while he was in hospice. Yesterday they helped enormously in setting up our Memorial for him given in the Commons. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My 95 y/o mother has enjoyed living at the Commons for the last 2 years. She loves the warmth, kindness, and sincerity of the staff. They go out of their way every day and truly care about their residents. She has been happy with the food service, the number and quality of activities, and the facility is very well maintained and clean with nice outdoor spaces. She loves having Trader Joe's and other shopping a short walk away. Lastly, the Commons also represents great value. We would highly recommend.

My mother was a resident at Roseville Commons for the last 11 years. I cannot say enough how wonderful those years were for her thanks to the amazing people who took such a personal interest in their residents. Melody is one of the most qualified, sincere and caring people you will ever encounter. Drew did a great job making sure the community ran smoothly. Phul did an excellent job making my mom feel so welcome and kept her apartment in tip top shape. Margaret was also an exceptional hard working employee who could never be replaced. Roseville Commons residents were the cherry on top as they always made new residents feel like this was their home. It was an amazing 11 years for my 97 year old mom and we are so grateful to all the wonderful people who contributed to her happiness there. I HIGHLY recommend Roseville Commons to anyone wanting to take that next step in independent senior living.

My uncle has lived there for two years and it is the most loving, caring staff and community. Before he moved here his sister (my aunt) lived at Roseville Commons for almost 4 years so we were already very familiar with them. It should speak highly for them that ALL the staff, from administrator to dining room, activities director, marketing director, housekeepers and maintenance, have all been there a long time. They clearly love their jobs and the residents. Another big selling point for my uncle was to be able to walk to nearby stores. I looked all over the Sacramento area, and I believe Roseville Commons is unique in this—they are within the same center as major retail—Trader Joe’s, Riteaid, Grocery Outlet, and banks and delis and small retail. Such a nice feature!
