I have been living here for about seven months now. After my husband passed away four years ago, I didn’t feel very secure living alone at home. Being here has given me a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know that if I ever have a medical concern, I can simply press my alert button and the nursing staff will come to help. I really enjoy the activities that are offered, and I’ve even joined the activities committee so I can help plan and organize them. It’s been a great way to stay involved and meet people. I’ve made many good friends here, and a group of us gets together almost every evening to play Euchre or other games. Our new Executive Director Alicia has an open door policy, really listens to our concerns, and walks the halls to make sure everyone is safe. She promptly addresses any of our concerns. Our Activities Director, Jessica, provides numerous activities such as trips to the grocery store, restaurants, Dr. Appointments, and community events such as ball games. It is nice to have staff that cares so much about us. One thing that really stands out about the one-bedroom apartments at Silver Birch compared to other assisted living communities is the amount of storage space. If I ever moved somewhere else, I would probably have to get rid of at least 25% of my belongings! It was such a relief to be able to bring so many of my personal things and have them fit comfortably in my room and closets. Overall, living here has helped me feel safe, active, and connected.

Hi, my name is Belinda. I'm texting you from my home. And my home is at Silver Birch assisted living community. I live here with my family and friends. I came to Silver Birch 3 months after my 38-year-old son passed away. Frankly, I didn't know what I was going to do. But one of the QMA'S Penni helped me through and help me to understand that it would be best to come out of my apartment. Thank you Penni I love you. And when I did come out of my apartment it was amazing. We have such wonderful people that live here and they are truly my family and friends. We have a new Executive Director. Her name is Alicia. She is very amazing. She stepped into her new role here at Silver Birch and took her duties on with ease and confidence. Everyone loves her. She cares about everybody that lives here and has a great open door policy where you can talk to anytime. She leads an amazing administrative team, and they are most wonderful people you would ever want to meet. Kate has an infectious smile and beauty says welcome and feel free to come and speak with me. And then we have Jasmine who has a great personality and soul that says you're welcome and if there's anything I can do for you please let me know.I feel safe and comfortable living here and knowing that I am protected and can ask anything I need to ask. We have a great dining room and staff. One of our servers named Izzy knows exactly what each person eats and what they want to drink at all three shifts. You never have to ask her. She has a beautiful Aura surrounding her and everyone loves her. our maintena and housekeeping are two of the hardest-working staff members you will ever meet. Dave is our head of maintenance and housekeeping. He is very knowledgeable about all things that needs to be fixed to keep our building running. Kourtney also works for maintenance and she does such amazing work and is so smart. She seems to know answers to all our questions on how to fix problems we have in our apartments and beyond. her and Dave make a great team. we have housekeepers who come in to help us keep our apartments clean. I want to give a big shout-out to Melissa who is one of our housekeepers. She is amazing when we might be short a housekeeper due to illness or etcetera, Melissa takes over their floor and her floor that need to be cleaned, laundry collected, trash emptied and just talking to the residents when the residents just want to have somebody to talk with. She is the best you will ever find. We also have an Activities Director, Jessica, who strives to find different types of activities for us to be involved in. We have transportation to and from our doctors and we are taking to the stores and to restaurants and to numerous activities outside of our community. She runs our community country store that is stocked with items they can buy until they get to the store. We have a great clinical staff that consists of our Director of Nursing Nicole who's a registered nurse. We also have Lynn who's also a registered nurse. We have several LPNs a numerous QMA'S. Clinical staff also consists of CNAs I'd like to give a shout out to Chasity who has endless energy and endless for every one of us here. She always wears a smile. Also Brea who is always singing and such a big help to the CNA staff. Our community is active with projects that consists of being proactive for those also outside of our community. If you are looking for an Assisted lLving Community, there should be no question about it, come home at Silver Birch assisted living community and come live with us, your family and friends. I have been here 2 years. I came here because they have a therapy program for those in need without having to leave the facility. They have a great group of CNA’s and QMA’s who are very helpful and very supportive to the residents here. Chastity, Penni, Renee, Crissy, Bree and others are great people. They are fun people to know and have as friends and care providers. They have a great Administrator and office staff who are helpful in your everyday needs. There are activities for people to participate in and to be able to mingle with other residents. There are committees people can join to participate in to support new residents and assist in projects for the holidays. I would recommend Silver Birch Assisted Living Community for those who need assistance with every day living.

Staff is always happy and ready to help with any resident's requests. The facility is bright and cheerful. There are many opportunities for activities for the residents too !

Staff was very kind and assured the residents needs were met. The facility was clean and residents are cared for, in a safe environment. The caregivers are passionate, supportive, and patient.
