Excellent team at Silver Birch of Muncie. Facility is always clean. Patrick and Joe are welcoming and accessible. Chrissy makes amazing food that looks as good as it tastes!

Silver Birch withdrew money from my mother in law’s bank account months after she moved out of the facility. I contacted Patrick who said he would pass the information along to the business office manager and I have yet to hear back.

Beautiful! Staff are friendly, informative and so helpful. They continue to want to improve it for their residents. The staff look so happy to work there. This is the best assisted living facility I have ever been too. I was just blown away with everything they have to offer. It is also just so beautiful and clean as well.

Silver Birch has become an asset to the Muncie area, providing excellent care and a home-like environment for residents and staff. The special occasion events have come to be a huge celebration with plenty of smiles, laughter, and great food to go around. If you or a loved one are considering Assisted Living, I would highly recommend touring the community and getting a feel for the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the community and care provided to each of our residents.

We love the way they care for our mom. They have such a great variety of meals and the private dining room is incredible!
