Silver Birch Of Terre Haute

I had gone for a visit and all the people looked so well taken care of and they seem so happy! I appreciate the things all these people do for them!

My mother was there for about a year and a half before passing away. The staff were all wonder. Doti was wonderful helping us make the transition from her apartment to an apartment at Silver Birch. The nursing staff was awesome as well always going out of their way to help mother whenever she needed anything. Note they didn't have to do that but they told me they would do anything for my mom. I was really impressed with the Denise on the third floor that used to bring mother her meds. When mother passed I was not there because it was later in the day and Denise had already left for the day, so after I got the call that mother had passed, someone called Denise. Denise came back into work to sit with mother until I was able to get there. That is what you call a personal touch. Thanks so much Denise for doing that. These people didn't have to be this nice but they chose to be. They have all been such a blessing to me and my family. Thanks for everything and keep up the work you do. You will never know how much it means to folks to always see smiling faces. I almost forgot Amber, mother said she tried her best to help her win employee of the month. Hopefully she gets it soon she deserves it. Love you all. Jim Edington

Can only say kind words about silver birch the staff management, and residences. They really do care about what they do, and it shows. Also, in an amazing location, so close to the hospital. Makes transportation a lot easier. Would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Jill Scott and dodi who worked with Teresa from majestic too get me into silver berch apartments plus I want to thank everyone that was involved in getting me set up so I could have everything I needed to start living again plus all the kitchen staff for cooking All the meals for me also i would like to thank everyone who worked with the management so i could feel alive again and Josh and Chris for setting me up with my TV's and cable so I could watch my shows plus a big shout out to miss Debra for opening the store so i could have some food and stuff also to all the cleaning ladies that clean my apartment and laundry. Also i would like too thank All the nurses who make sure i have all the right medicine that I need to take.plus a big shout out to amber and Mandy and Marnie plus the residents that have made me feel like a person and brior and pk for my physical therapy too help me get stronger.sincerly yours. My husband and I had the privilege of entertaining the residents with my husband’s jazz trio. Since we go to other assisted living communities in the area, it was so great to see the residents looking well cared for and, most importantly, happy. The staff ‘s interactions with the residents showed us they truly cared about their residents and their well being. The residents loved the music and some were dancing! It looked liked like a place we would feel comfortable with placing our family members if needed.
