Our experience at Silver Creek has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first time we walked through the doors the service has been nothing but amazing. The level of care and compassion is top tier. Every staff member we have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure excellence. There is always something happening there, whether it is music, art, gardening or exercise the residents are engaged and active. Management has outstanding communication and we are always kept in the loop with updates on care, they are proactive and always become available when we have questions. We couldn’t be more grateful for Silver Creek.

Staff is well trained and polite. Professional and dedicated staff that can create a warm environment is so important and these guys do it right. The support comes from the top down and it shows! I’ve never had any complaints and I cannot recommend this place enough. From move in to every day living staff here does their best to make my mom feel loved and most importantly HEARD! When I stop in I notice an open doors policy meaning anyone is welcome to speak with management staff! This place is truly special and I wouldn’t want my mom anywhere else!
