SILVER LAKE CASA DEL SOL

So I did a review for this place already and felt like I was a little harsh so I deleted it but come to find out things got worse. This man Jorge has been taking advantage of my mother, he’s received two months of her pay even after she has vacated the premises. He tried to keep all of her belongings but eventually gave it back, minus her tablet n laptop he kept. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE! I posted a pic to prove hes been receiving my mother’s money. He is currently under investigation

My mom stayed here for three months. In that short amount of time, The owner Jorge threw water in her face. Tried to say she was self medicating herself even though she didn’t have control of her meds and tried to say she was mental and become the payee for her social security payments. My mom had to call for help quit often through the night and Jorge would tell the staff, “Call the cops if she keeps yelling for help.” He’s very rude and unprofessional. He tried to tell me he didn’t understand English when I confronted him but had a whole conversation with my sister and aunt in English. If he doesn’t like what you’re doing he will retaliate against you. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!
