Silver Oaks Health Campus

Silver Oaks is an excellent facility! I highly recommend Silver Oaks to care for your loved one! Residents of Silver Oaks become like family with the staff and other residents!

Communication within this facility is absolutely terrible ! There should be no reason why family should have had to track down any kind of staff over questions and concerns. Also was not impressed with the fact that some nursing staff were argumentative with patients , As to whether or not something was true or not. Also had issues with transfers to doctors appts which was discussed while said person was in there care they would make sure that said patient had transportation to said appt , but when time came said bus was broke down and they couldn't, but yet when family left later on that afternoon the bus was running for different activities, Which therefore left family to pay out if pocket for services they were suppose to offer under the care plan in place. Just a over all horrible experiance

My grandma had a wonderful experience rehabbing at Silver Oaks. All of the staff was exceptional. Highly recommend!

At Silver Oaks residents are treated like family! The staff goes above and beyond for them so they know they are valued and will be cared for regardless of their situation. Some are there for a short rehab stay but are treated the same way, they are happy to get to go home, however they are also sad to leave their "new family".

If you are looking for a place to help your loved one whether it be rehab or long term care Silver Oaks is the place to go. They have wonderful staff and a very homey environment. They also have great events and activities that bring meaning to your family members life. Their therapy department is the best in Columbus. There is no doubt that my family will go to their facility. They are a facility you truly can trust to treat your loved one like family.
