HILLCREST SILVER RIDGE

I'm only giving it one star because I have to. They have 1 PCA to 15 residents. In a locked unit without man down buttons. My grandma did not have bed sores until she came here, shes been her for a month and already has bed sores. She has never been incontinent until she came here. She sits in the same spit for sometimes 8 hours or more before staff check on her. I have used special folds in the blankets or items around her/her chair that would have to be moved if she had been moved and they will be in the same spot 8-12 hours later. I don't blame the staff. It's literally 1 person responsible for 15 people. I blame administrators who care more about making themselves wealthier at the cost of elderly.

Our family member was recently at the memory care cottages at Silver Ridge and they have been amazing and are now all dear friends for life! I hope they all know how much they are appreciated. Faith the marketer and the Connor House Team are blessings to the senior community . You all were amazing!

Our family is so thankful for the outstanding care and sense of community our aunt has found at Hillcrest Silver Ridge. From our very first visit, we felt welcomed and reassured and that’s thanks in large part to Faith, who took us on a tour the same day we reached out over our Aunt. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our aunties well-being made a lasting impression. She guided us through every step of the transition with compassion and clarity. The entire team at Hillcrest Silver Ridge has been exceptional. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected. A huge shout out to Samantha & Rhonda who have always been a huge help with my aunt getting to her appointments and getting her out of her funk with fun activities . The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and decorated and designed to feel like home. My aunt especially enjoys the great food, social events, and the opportunity to connect with others in such a positive environment. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind knowing that she’s not only well cared for, but also thriving. We highly recommend Hillcrest Silver Ridge to any family looking for exceptional assisted living care for their loved ones.

Hillcrest Silver Ridge is amazing. Every person that works there is more than accommodating, helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful and spacious facility. I love that there are separate areas for family gatherings . The residents that live there are vibrant and welcoming. Sydney Riepe, the marketing coordinator,, is amazing, She locked us in from the first day we met her. She spent s lot of time with us, touring and answering questions. She is always a phone call or text away with immediate responses. We love this facility for our mom and are so happy she is at Hillcrest Silver Ridge. From the day my mom moved in, they have accommodated her with every request from maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone that works there has a positive attitude that we have met.. From Hailey the administrator., Sam at the front desk, Rebecca housekeeping, Julia - care tech and Dave maintenance have all made it a very pleasant experience,. We love this community for our mom and so thankful for Sydney and all of the staff there.

We recently moved my mom into Silver Ridge. The experience and staff were all top notch. They took time to explain everything, make sure we were comfortable and most of all made my mom feel welcome. Since moving in the care and trust has only grown and I know we made the right choice for my mom! I look forward to visiting mom and know she is in good hands and will be well taken care of as long as she is there.
