This company is completely incompetent, employs rude, disrespectful case managers and branch manager. They drop the ball consistently when trying to find coverage people for their long term clients. They lie constantly, violate privacy and HIPAA. They refuse to communicate effectively and then try to turn things around on family members for advocating for their disabled loved ones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
