My experience with Silverado Memory Care has been extremely upsetting. During my visits, I personally witnessed residents left sitting in soiled clothing and needing attention for far too long. It was heartbreaking to see people who deserve dignity and compassion not receiving timely care. I expected a facility specializing in memory care to be attentive, responsive, and respectful toward vulnerable residents, but what I saw did not reflect that. Families place enormous trust in staff to provide basic comfort and cleanliness, and that trust was not honored in what I observed. I truly hope management addresses these issues, because the residents deserve far better.
