SILVERADO SENIOR LIVING-ESCONDIDO

After a horrific first try at a different memory care facility, we found Silverado Escondido and are excited to move my Uncle here in a few days. Shanyn Chapman has helped us for the last 3 months & we couldn't have done it without her. Silverado Escondido has been a godsend. Staff is incredibly pleasant & helpful and the residents are very sweet. When my Uncle is moved in, I cannot wait to spend time there visiting him and getting to know other residents. Every Assisted Living facility needs a Shanyn Chapman. She is the only reason my Uncle is leaving his current facility and moving to Silverado Escondido.

.All of the staff cares deeply for the patients and assists whenever necessary. Your loved one is cared for by many more people than the statistics show. The entire staff from the administrator down to the maintenance staff are completely integrated into the Care Team. They all care. They are kind and everyone pitches in to make sure that the residents needs are met. I was concerned about putting my husband into a Memory Care Facility but Silverado has exceeded my expectations. The Administrator Micheal Zuletta is excellent. The facility runs very professionally. Micheal is not only accessible, but he is very involved with the nursing staff and the residents. Jen, Maria, Stephanie and Matt all work very hard and with great compassion., The nursing staff are experienced when it comes to dealing with my husband's irregular and often challenging behavior. My husband has CTE, a terrible disease caused by repetitive blows to the head while playing football. They are patient beyond belief, they remain calm during stressful events and keep the family informed if any issues arise, truly creating a care "Team". Last but certainly not least, Silverado Memory Care Escondido impressed us immediately as soon as we walked in the door during our initial search for a care home for Richard. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is happy and they all truly seem to enjoy working at Silverado and interacting with the residents. Their heart is in their work. I would highly recommend Silverado Escondido if you would like the best of care for ur loved one.

Our church serves at a number of facilities around Escondido and I would just like to complement Silverado and their whole team on the standard they maintain at their facility.  The whole place looks (and smells) great, it’s warm and feels like home, and the staff do a great job of not just caring for, but loving their residents.  I was thoroughly impressed walking through, they should be proud of the work they do because they do it with excellence.

I can’t say enough good things about Silverado Escondido. The staff knows everyone by name, and they greet you with a genuine hello every time you walk through the door. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel welcomed and cared for. The whole experience is just incredible, and it shows in every interaction.

Since my mother moved into the community of Silverado she has felt safe, engaged, cared for and respected; both by the staff, caregivers and residents. I could never have imagined that she would accept a facility living arrangement. She has, and she is enjoying it very, very much.
