The staff is excellent and does what they can to make their residents experience as good and comfortable as possible. The food is very good and nutritious. The areas of improvement would be caregiving and trying to get in front of residents soiling themselves and wetting the furniture. Nursing is excellent and friendliness very positive.

Silverado Sierra Vista Memory Care provided excellent care for our relative. Their staff such as Vida and Aaron and I know many others made the last years of her life comfortable and dignified. I was impressed by their individualized approach and her preferences and personality. She was treated with respect and also affection. It gave us such tremendous peace of mind to know that she was surrounded by such incredible health professionals who are also so kind and good at communicating warmth, friendliness, and companionship. The staff were also so good at keeping our family updated in timely and informed ways and making us feel welcome to visit anytime we wanted. I enjoyed seeing other families there with their family because it truly is an intergenerational space. It's also great that the residents can go to the outdoor patios to enjoy the fresh air and views when they want. Thank you for your commitment, knowledge and patience.

Silverado Sierra Vista Memory Care is the best place you can take your loved one should they be faced with a health issue affecting their memory. They treat their residents and residents’ families with extraordinary care and keep them informed of any concerns. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this facility. The staff is WONDERFUL and caring, not just to the residents but to their family as well. My father-in-law was a resident until his passing recently. While he was alive, he would have some terrible moments of "sundowners" and was hard to be around. One particular evening when he was a little hard to take, I ended up crying in the hallway. One of the staff came up to me, asked if I was ok and if I needed a hug. That one moment told me we'd picked the right place for my husband's father. Then, as I was leaving and saying good-bye to the Officer Manager and Family Ambassador, they too listened to me as I described my father-in-law's behavior and how this staff member had helped me. Their compassion to the situation was amazing. Far above and beyond what other family members in other facilities have received. (If I could go back in time and place those members in THIS facility, I would!) Oh, and the individual that gave me a hug, he wasn't part of the medical staff, he is a member of housekeeping! THAT is how much EVERY single employee there cares about the residents and their family! Am going to miss seeing/talking with them, every bit as much as I'm going to miss my father-in-law. God Bless every one of you who work at the Sierra Vista site of Silverado Memory Care, you ALL made a difficult period of our lives a lot easier.
