The residents are active and happy. The hallways and rooms are clean, bright and provide an uplifting atmosphere. The nurses and staff are supportive. My parents moved into Silvercrest at College View Independent Apartments 5 months ago. They absolutely love their apartment, staff, meals, activities and friendships they have made! Knowing they are in a safe environment with support services as needed and in a place they truly love, means so much to their families peace of mind!

My mother and I toured this facility in hopes of moving her in when a vacancy becomes available. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. While we waited for Karen to give us a tour I was happy to see the staff greet each other with genuine friendliness that shows they enjoyed working together. The whole place gave off a warm and welcoming vibe. Karen is so kind and understanding that as we talked and walked I could tell she really loves being there. The residents that we met all had smiles on their faces and were bustling off to one activity or another. Overall, I suggest you see for yourself by going on a tour. The location is also easy to get to with highway access not far and large shopping centers within a mile or two.

Our family can’t say enough good things about Silvercrest at College View. From the moment my grandmother moved in, she was treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond every single day — not just meeting her needs but truly making her feel at home. The nurses and caregivers were attentive and compassionate, always taking time to chat with her and make sure she was comfortable. The activities team kept her engaged and smiling, and the dining staff even learned her favorite meals! The entire team made such a difference in her quality of life — and in our peace of mind as a family. Silver Crest isn’t just a senior living facility- it’s a community filled with people who care deeply about the residents. We’ll always be grateful for the exceptional care and warmth they showed my grandmother.

We have been very impressed with the people at Silvercrest @ College View. Karen, who you first meet to tour the facility knows every single person/occupant and greets them warmly. Mary Ann helps with the move-in and has all the answers. The Activity Director, Stacy, is so sweet and always tries to do fun things with the Residents. The current crew in the kitchen are very nice and try to cater to the Seniors and their food needs. My Mother has been in Independent Living here for 6 years (way above the average stay) and has been happy with all the people at the front desk and the Senior Helpers (Paula) that are there for additional help IF your loved one needs it. The trips/activities and events are well planned and catered to the Senior. The facility is clean and well kept. We are currently in the process of moving Mom to Assisted Living within the facility and they have been very understanding in trying to keep us informed when a room opens and making it happen quickly. This facility is small enough to be homey but also big enough to keep the residents busy with Music/Art Classes/Cooking Demos and more. This facility has a very nice set of staff and residents!
