SILVERGATE RANCHO BERNARDO

This business is staffed by lovely people. Pam is so knowledgable about the operational side but she also seems to know every resident by name. Our lunch was delicious and the residents we met seemed happy to be there!

My wife and I have been residence for almost 6 years. Not only is Silvergate an example of excellent architecture and an outstanding administration which in the end is responsible for the reputation. Management enforces the rules but also is very open to suggestions to make things even better. This is why I am giving Silvergate Rancho Bernardo, the Administration and the owners a rating of 5 Stars. Klaus H Kuester

I find this place wonderful. I want to especially want to praise, Mark Turner, Bob (even though he is not here anymore), Vanessa, Dani, Mary, and the servers in Dave' Bar Mark and Brandon and Jimmy for all of their kindness. They have made my experience here extremely nice.

My mom has been at Silvergate going on 5 years. Friends frequently ask me what its like and I describe it as a luxury cruise ship on land. Beyond the facilities, nutrition and activities, are the caregivers and support team. They really do care. They represent moms second family, and although we'd rather have mom at home, that's nearly impossible at this point, and she could not be in a better place in which the staff continue to bring a smile to her face every day.

Silvergate RB is the best place for our mother. She is busy and happy with lots of friends. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and kind. Our mom has had some health challenges which were mitigated by, not only their health team, but all the staff and residents. She loves her apartment. I like that the facility is smaller, rather than one of those sprawling complexes. I think that helps the staff support the residents better and creates a better sense of community within both the residents and staff. It’s a bright, happy place.
