Finding a place that truly understands memory loss is a daunting task, but Silver Leaf has exceeded every expectation. The staff here is nothing short of incredible. Caring for a family member with memory challenges requires a special kind of patience, and the team at Silver Leaf provides that with so much grace and expertise. They treat my loved one with the dignity, safety, and kindness they deserve, always focusing on their comfort even on the difficult days. It is such a relief to know that they are in a place where the staff is not only well-trained in memory care but genuinely invested in their well-being. We are so grateful to the Silver Leaf team for the support they’ve given our family and the high quality of life they provide for our loved one. Highly recommended for any family navigating memory care.

They took incredibly good care of multiple members of my family. We are grateful for such considerate and thoughtful care that allowed us the peace of mind that they were well taken care of while we had to focus on the other parts of life that don’t pause! Every time we visited it was clean, and filled with great energy from the staff. We always looked forward to getting to spend quality time in a place that felt like a home vs a nursing home!

CONSUMER BEWARE! Earlier in the year, we removed my family member from this facility after witnessing unacceptable conditions. Our loved one was consistently left unclean, wet and unattended. The entire facility was filthy and most staff members appeared indifferent or lazy. Staff turnover was also rampant. ALL Human beings deserve better care than what we experienced here.

For families who have dementia and Alzheimer's loved ones, I personally would not recommend Silverleaf. From our experience their staff does not have the proper training. In my opinion, spend your money on a private home healthcare team. I pray this is the sign you needed to see to make your decision with peace.

Silverleaf was the one and only choice after Mom's stroke, and we’re so grateful for the compassionate care they provided during her final months of life. None of the larger facilities we visited felt right, but Silverleaf was the perfect fit. The smaller design meant there were plenty of eyes on her all the time, which was so important to us. What’s more, the staff got to know her as a person, and treated her with respect. They were engaged, sincere, knowledgeable, and kind. And the activities were endless – lots of art projects, as well as planting seeds, playing games, and listening to live music performances every week! Mom (and all of us who visited) immediately became a part of the Silverleaf family, and we will always have a place in our hearts for Silverleaf!
