My dad is so happy and appreciative of the love and care he receives at Silvermark. He loves and is thankful to everyone. The owners and staff are very compassionate and committed to the family and residents care and wellbeing. We are truly blessed and thankful for having peace of mind by being surrounded with such wonderful caregivers and facility, in this sometimes difficult stage in life.

It was a difficult choice to make once my Mom required around-the-clock care. Silvermark is just off the tollway in Plano, but in a quiet, country setting. My Mom is happy and very well cared for. The care providers and management team look after more than just her physical well-being, but they spend time to know her. They look through her photo albums with her and learn her history. They communicate any issues I may need to know about. It’s privately owned, which is a plus after touring other corporately run facilities that had already changed hands during the time I was looking. The owners know all the residents and are active in their daily care. The staff is great too. I called Kathy at the front desk three times one day while planning the move and she was able to answer all my questions without having to “check with the board of directors.” My Mom has been at Silvermark a couple months now and I am fully convinced this was the best decision. For my Mom and for our whole family.

We looked at several facilities for my mother-in-law, but there was no comparison once we found Silvermark. The rooms are spacious, and she was able to keep her own furnishings. She can watch TV in the common area or retreat to her own room to watch her Netflix favorites. But the heart and soul of Silvermark are the people. The employees show compassion and excellence in everything they do. They truly care, letting us know any changes, accomplishments, ups or downs in Mom’s daily activities. They’re personally involved, which made this transition so much easier than expected. Silvermark feels like home

So happy we chose Silvermark! Most importantly, Mom is happy there. She's a healthy, picky eater and loves the food. Her room is sizeable, bright and clean. She is cared for on a highly personal level by everyone, including the director and owners, who are on site and available daily. Every staff member knows what's going on with Mom at all times. Nick, one of the owners, reads to her! While shopping for a facility, Carrie came in on a Saturday to show me around as I was short on time. She continues to be available, communicative and responsive to any needs, no matter how small. The first thing I noticed was how open, airy, and clean it was. The residents were busy with activities and happy. And there was no smell! Other places I looked were dark with an overwhelming smell of industrial pine cleaners, (to cover other smells, no doubt.) I bring my dog to visit regularly and they even have "dog appreciation day" as one of the many events. They not only care for Mom, but they help our whole family learn how to care for her in this stage of her life. Silvermark has become an extension of our family.

The owners and staff at Silvermark truly care about their residents. My mom has been there for over two years and I have no complaints. They do such a great job with the care they provide. They have a relaxing atmosphere and are so hospitable to the residents and the families. They have numerous fun activities, parties and good food. It is always clean and they are always very attentive to each residence needs. Couldn't recommend it more! A
