Six Plams is A Wonderful place we work from the heart to keep our resident Happy and Comfortable. When you come to Six Plams its like being at home with Family.

Wonderful place. The staff is constantly cooking and cleaning to provide for their tenants. Plenty of room. Excellent staff that is dedicated to the individual needs.

I had never heard of a personal care home until it was suggested by a hospice nurse who was seeing my mom in an extended care unit after a fall. She was literally wasting away physically and mentally. It was then that we found Six Palms Assisted Living. Oh my goodness, my mom has flourished and blossomed into her smiling self once again! The staff there, led by Christy, is attentive, knowledgeable and truly caring. They go far beyond what is “usual.” They consistently go above and beyond! During the COVID quarantine, they have worked doubly hard to keep up the spirits of their patients as well as the families! My mom had her 101st birthday during the quarantine—they worked with us to ensure her very special day was memorable and special!! Six Palms is an outstanding place where they provide excellent and personalized care for everyone that becomes a part of their family. They are a blessing!

My mother has lived at Six Palms for the past five years. I have appreciated the care and attention my mother has received at this small assisted living facility. The care givers are wonderful! There has been no corona virus at this facility because they took immediate action and locked down the facility to family and friends in March and have maintained their precautions to keep the residents and staff safe! Although it is so hard not seeing my mom face to face these past few months — I have not had to worry about her well being! I know she is given the love and care she requires day in and day out because of the best care givers!
