Skylark Memory Care

Treat their staff like crap Literally, they have lazy med techs. Resident fell no one came to check on her and other residents helped her back up by the time I came back to check, I was there another couple hours and they still didn't check on her. Told some chick named Sam had red hair she looked very disinterested. Went upstairs talked to cam who directed me to Trish office. She seemed just as disoriented to the situation. Went back down and still nothing of the sort to check on the resident.

My grandma, Ruth, lived here for several months before she passed yesterday. I took my first visit down as I live out of the area. I was able to be by her side and spent 24 hours in and out of Skylark. The staff here is incredible. As we all walked around on the verge of tears, we were met with their kindness and warmth. Sam especially was incredibly kind. In hard moments, it’s the little things. These are good people, I loved watching them interact with the residents. They all deserve raises. Thank you for taking care of my grandma!

I MUST say, absolutely and completely impressed by Skylar, from the initial contact to get my Mom there,to learning how the staff works with myself and the paperwork, It was a breeze to get everything taken care of. I did go visit my mom for the first time on Aug 8-9 2025 and found the staff to be extremley comforting,professional and helpful.All the way to the maintenance man. The buliding looks excellent,everything is clean, seems to be plenty of things for my mom to do. Activities director is amazing and helpful. Awesome place. I recommend this place to all.

My mom has been in memory care with Skylark for about four years. She gets great care and the staff are wonderful and attentive to all of the residents in her cottage. I'd really like to commend their nurse Cindy. She has addressed any health issues immediately and reached out to my mom's care provider. She's very responsive to family concerns and immediately gets back with us. She makes all of us feel secure in the care being given. If you're considering long-term care for a parent, family member, or friend; I recommend reaching out to Skylark and taking a tour.

I placed my loved one into Skylark when I could no longer care for her at home. Her room is spacious and it is kept clean by the staff. Recently my loved one had a couple of serious medical conditions and the team at Skylark stepped up in a huge way and has been nursing my loved one back to health. My loved one enjoys the food and especially her desserts! She always tells me that if she can’t live with me, Skylark is the next best option. The staff love and care for her.
