We placed mom here just before COVID hit. Boy, are we so happy! They avoided a mass breakout by closing visitation and fully locking down. We had window and Zoom visits, it was hard, but her safety was well worth it. They’ve vaccinated the whole community and now we are allowed back in...it was so good for my sister and I to hug my mom again. Thank you, Runk & Pratt Smith Mountain Lake!
