SNOW WHITE CARE HOME

A couple of months ago my grandma had a fall at home and needed SNF Rehab. We were nervous about placing her in SNF, but were lucky to find TLA. Linda and the rest of the SNF team helped us out for my grandma’s rehab stay. My grandma stayed for 3 weeks, the rehab & nursing team was able to get my grandma back home strong and healthy. She is still thriving at home thanks to the excellent care at terraces.

Been in several rehab facilities, this is by far the nicest, most efficient, well run organization I’m proud to have spent time in. Set in lovely residential area in Los Altos, caters to a series of medical and aging maladies, by friendly, caring, well trained experts. Highly recommend The Terraces.

I was there for 67 days were do I begin from the Directors all the way down to a CNA‘s nurses kitchen staff everyone Housekeeping I can’t begin to say how wonderful each and everyone one of you were during my time there I left yesterday and I already miss you all terribly. I am having surgery in July and can’t wait to go back to a place like the terraces cause they will take care of you beyond all expectations. Again, if you are having surgery or any kind of medical needs, I highly recommend the terraces the physical therapy department has you do things that you never thought you’d be able to do it again I appreciate everyone so much for taking care of me those 67 days and making it feel like home

My wife and I are looking forward to moving here in the not too distant future. As we thought about aging and possible healthcare that may come with it, we decided to look into what was "out there" for us. We have visited several life plan communities in the area and The Terraces is our favorite. We have taken the time to attend informational meetings, meet the staff, meet and talk with residents, and walk the campus at different times of the year. This is not a "retirement home." It is an active community of interesting adults who have taken a positive step into their golden years. Our children are grown and our home is now too large for the two of us. We joined the "waitlist" at the Terraces and we look forward to joining their wonderful community in Los Altos.

My dad was displaced by the fires in Los Angeles on January 7. I visited all of the retirement homes in the San Francisco Bay area that I could, and The Terraces was clearly the best option. Fantastic communication, very professional process and knowledgeable people, while also being supportive of his unique and sudden situation. My dad has now moved in and is completely happy there, and I can’t imagine a better outcome for someone going through such a tumultuous stage in life. Thank you to the folks at The Terraces, especially Debbie and Myhanh.
