All staff (management, admin clinical care(aides/CNAs med techs there's also an onsite physician and dentist and med techs) and kitchen (servers and meal prep) Onsite PT/OT is provided by Legacy There's also many activities to keep residents physically(corn hole and seated volleyball)and mentally active(family feud, and art class)they also do special events to celebrate holidays from Mardi gras to Valentine's Day and Easter and even Elvis's birthday

Our family is very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff at Charter Senior Living of Vinings. When our family member arrived from the rehabilitation facility, the entire team was present to welcome him. Unfortunately, the nursing staff quickly recognized that he needed immediate hospice care and recommended that he be taken to the hospital. Their honesty and concern for his well-being meant a great deal to our family. Cedric Bowler, Maryam Mullen and Kellie Harper played instrumental parts in the transition from rehabilitation to the senior living facility. Even though our family member was only there briefly, the staff treated us with kindness, empathy, and respect. We truly appreciate the integrity and compassion they showed our family.

I have been at Charlotte you live in for four years, This coming April. One of the most pleasant aspects of my stay here Has been being cared for by some truly outstanding caregivers. They have been several who have made me feel welcome and cared for, but I’d like to express my Sincere appreciation to Mrs. Jekyll and Brooks. She is not only a Med Tech, but she will immediately respond to my care needs. She questioned me each day, after delivering my medicine, as to whether I need anything else. She does this without fail. And many times when I have responded with yes I need you To do this or that , She will help me with whatever it is I need. Even if she has to come back after distributing medicine to other residence She has helped me by contacting doctors and pharmacies concerning problems with a prescription Sometimes she rolls me down to the dining room, when other caregiver was a tied up She is always punctual and pleasant. I appreciate checking so much!

Thanks to Rasheda, Memory Care Med Tech at Charter Senior Living of Vinings. We are so glad she can assist our Mom with her medications. She goes the extra distance to help in all matters. Alzheimer’s is a dreadful disease. We are grateful to Rasheda for all the work she does to keep Memory Care Residents happy and healthy. She’s a bright light on the floor. We love to see her when she’s at work!

I moved into my apartment in November 2024. It was nice and the staff was friendly. Over time, it has grown better and better. The management team changed to the delight of many. Since the change, we have better food, more activities with exercise, games involving mind and fun, health education, and outings to restaurants and shopping. We have social and fun Wednesdays with plans for museum, park, and movie outings. I am excited about the future of where I live. The friendly professional staff continues to make life easier for all. Our monthly community meetings with managers keep us updated and gives opportunity to air concerns. So you can find CHARTER SENIOR LIVING OF VININGS a wonderful place to reside. Since posting this review, the leadership has added more staff and is still training others to the enjoyment of the residents. Our enrichment program has really taken hold as you see in pictures. I see more joy and excitement for all our residents.
