Charter Senior Living of Vinings

We have found Charter to be a very caring community. Under new leadership we have witnessed several areas of improvement. I see staff at all levels pitching in at events, and new staff joining their team to increase support. After moving her twice from other communites, we finally have some peace of mind.

My family member has recently moved into Charter Senior Living and I just can't say enough about the kindness and caring of the entire staff and specifically Cedric Bowler, Maryam Mullen, Eugenia and Dave. They've made this transition as easy as it can be, showing so much care and concern and truly providing a helping hand and guidance through the process.

Charter Senior Living is doing a very solid job of taking care of my loved ones. We came from a different facility and charter is so very much better and I have to attribute it to the executive staff leadership. Their hearts are in it and when there are issues, we always have the opportunity to share, express our needs, and they listen and implement and execute changes. It is a difficult decision to have a loved one placed in a facility, but I have to say I would rather have them here at charter where we feel like a family than anywhere else. I trust them and they help make the transition with kindness, compassion and caring hearts.

My mother has been a resident at Charter for 2 years and there has been a lot of changes in management, but with every change has been improvement. I have seen the biggest improvement since Maryam has come on board. She and her team do an amazing job in this high-demand environment. My mom receives care and compassion from all of the staff. I don’t worry about her because I know she’s safe and being treated with dignity. When issues arise, Maryam is always accessible and responsive. I’m looking forward to seeing Charter getting better and better.
