MERCY HOUSE

Very happy with the care that my mother in law receives at Mercy House. Veronica, Ginny, Sandy and staff are great. For the first time I have been able to not worry about my mother in law and her not being taken care of. I know that she is in good hands. So greatful for the special attention that Veronica and Ginny give her.

Mercy House Waco is such a blessing in our family’s life! They were a Godsend for us during 2020 COVID when everything was shut down! They love my Mother, Sandi who suffers from Dementia-and most importantly, Sandi is HAPPY there! The staff are the biggest blessing there-and we are so thankful for especially—Veronica, Yvonne and Sandy are the best! Our Angel is Ginny Gohlke-how lucky our family is to have Ginny loving our Mother Sandi!! It is small but mighty-and they treat each resident with love, kindness and respect!!

We could not have Mom in a better home! She has been there over a year and these ladies are Wonderful at Mercy House Waco! If you want your parent well loved and cared for then visit them first, Jenni, Veronica, Yvonne, Sandy, Victoria and all the ladies are absolutely Wonderful. The night ladies are very good and sweet too!, we don’t see them as often but when we do they are the best! They have all become extended family to us! Mom had an health emergency a couple of weeks ago and Jenni, Veronica, Yvonne and Sandy were on it! Had EMS there and tending to her within 3 minutes and me on the phone, checked on Mom while we were in hospital too! Not to say they keep residents busy and they get pampered too!

We Love Mercy House Waco Mom has been there over a year now, and the Love and care she receives from all is wonderful. I never have to worry about her. All the ladies who work there are amazing. We see day staff most, Jenni, Veronica, Victoria, Sandy and Yvonne are incredible and always go above and beyond, for the residents. Always so helpful too getting Mom in and out when we take her to drs and family events. We highly recommend Mercy House Waco for your loved one with Memory care!

Such a peaceful and welcoming place! Everything was spotless, food smelled incredible, and the staff is so friendly—made us feel right at home! Steve gave us a wonderful tour! He was personable, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and caring environment!
