Worst place ever! We have a family member there and its been a nightmare. Beverly the care manager is the most heartless human being when it comes to the well being of her patients. They do not care about their patients at all.

I was in a bad car accident May 3,1997. I was in a coma for about 2 to 3 weeks. When I got out of the coma I had to stay here at Hope Network until Halloween Day of 1997. I was told I told my mom, dad & Hope Network staff is didn't want to stay here. My mom & dad told me I had my mom crying when they took me there to stay for a while. After I got adjusted to Hope Network is got to go home Friday's to Sundays & go back to Hope Network. From the car accident my memory will never come back fully for the rest of my life. I can slightly remember the therapist I had & staff. I have a folder with a picture of all the therapist I had. The staff & therapist were really nice and amazing to me.

Dr Ver Merris the best excellent OT’s,PT’s, etc… when it came to the people that made the higher salary and amazing well most of the younger employees doing their jobs I give them much credit, I do you have to have a very special kind heart to do that kind of work and it is work. I spent two month in there. My only thing is when my insurance ran out I was amazing cured of my traumatic brain injury?! My home care that followed as well? I was like huh? My family physician and follow up care which really was none shocked as well:(

My daughter spent many months at Hope Neuro Rehab Center due to a severe traumatic brain injury. Through lots of therapy, PT, OT, ST, RT, and THRIVE, she advanced further in every area than we could have ever imagined. She also attended weekly psychological meetings as well for her mental growth. Hope had a wonderful 'family' atmosphere and the patients were part of their family. Thank you Hope Neuro Rehab for all you have done for our daughter, she continues to thrive.

I spent nearly four months at Hope Neuro-Rehab after a near-fatal car accident in June 2018 and can attest that the staff is excellent. Checks were made on me frequently, especially when I first arrived and only lessened at my request and when I could prove to the staff that I could safely handle myself. My privacy was respected, but my safety ensured! The physical, occupational, and recreational therapists that I saw were experts in their fields, knowledgeable about my issues, receptive to my own preferences and abilities, encouraging and pushed me when necessary for my own good, and always willing to go the extra mile if they saw or even thought I might need something. My occupational therapist, for example, came in and rearranged the furniture in my bedroom to provide better function, aesthetics, and managed to find even a more comfortable chair to help me and to make my husband who visited every night a bit more comfortable. She also made sure that I had other tools and made suggestions about things to help me live as normally as possible. My physical therapists were more than willing to adjust my routines according to my abilities and preferences, but they never veered from making sure that the appropriate “work” was being done. I had outpatient therapy with a certified aquatic recreational therapist who helped me strengthen my muscles and joints while in a pool. And I still have the support of a Wonderful psychologist who is helping me adjust to my “new” life! I know that if I could give each of my therapists and even the basic staff a million dollars each, it would never repay them for the wonderful work and care that I received in this place. No, it wasn’t home. And no, I didn’t WANT to be there. But I thank God that a place like Hope Network was there for me in my darkest hours and that they helped me to be the person I am today: no longer in a wheelchair, unable to walk, and with the ability to care for myself and my family in an almost normal fashion! This place is a gem!
