It took some time but as for the staff we have now, I have to say that they are terrific. Outside of one person who has a terrible attitude, they are all just wonderful. They never demonstrate negativity to any resident in any capacity. They have smile on their face when asking if there is anything wrong. They show compassion, concern and a willingness to lend a hand in any way the resident needs it. Med Tech Ajay has become an asset to Sodalis as have the others. We definitely have a fantastic crew here. It’s refreshing to have them all working here. Kudos most definitely out to the whole staff. Thank you for having them being on our team.

Great place to get the care you need. My father loved living here and I'm greatful for all the wonderful caregivers that helped him. I recommend their care for your parent/s.

I am a current resident at Sodalis Vero Beach. Previously, I lived at several other communities; however, none compare to Sodalis. The food and service here is excellent, the staff is attentive (from the community sales director to nursing) and Sodalis has the BEST activities! I am truly blessed to be here!

I would like to leave a review about your community sales Director at SODALIS. JAMIE SANDIDGE. I have been in the medical field for 23 years. She is beyond professional, caring, empathetic, and has a beautiful spirit. I’ve met her a few times. My patient need a respite for 17 days. I know almost every assistant living in Vero Beach I have experienced many of them with patients. They were many places we could’ve chosen and I told the patient’s wife to try this community. We put Colon in there for almost 2 weeks. A few nights later, they had a Caribbean night that they held for all the patients it was wonderful. Food, music, drinks, etc. Jamie SANDIDGE Makes everybody feel so comfortable. She is so welcoming when you walked in the door. You see her smile is infectious and it makes the day. She has made his STAY easier and more simple than I thought it would ever be. Was amazing Jamie was on deck that night with guns, a blazing. She WEARS a lot of hats she excels at what she does. Her personality TRUMPS ALL! You could’ve never asked for a better sales, Director communicator than Jamie SANDIDGE. You can tell she has a passion for what she does she loves and enjoys. SHE is extremely educated about all the information of what goes on at that community. We are so grateful to her and the people that work there, but she stood out to me the most. I could’ve never asked for anybody more qualified in every aspect! that would’ve done a better job. I even call her I have questions about his Care it’s not even her position, it’s the nurses and she Answers anything and everything she is trained in all aspects of the job. She’s always attentive and she’s always on the other end of the phone. If I have a patient that needs a place to stay in the future, I would absolutely recommend without hesitation, SODALIS! I cannot say enough positive things regarding the wonderful care the entire staff provided to my mother during her 2 year residency at Solaris. From the maintenance and dining staff up through the CNAs, LPNs, Director of Nursing including the Front Desk Receptionist, Director of Entertainment, Payroll Manager, Community Relations Laison and Administrator she was treated with dignity and professionalism in a friendly and loving manner. The entire staff had up-close and personal contact with each resident. My mother truly loved it at Solaris and I will always remember that they treated her as if she was THEIR family member-- for all this I am forever grateful. **PLEASE NOTE: This original review was posted several years ago but recently removed by me in error.
