SOLTERRA AT WHITE MOUNTAINS TWO, LLC

Not impressed with this living home. I was told recently about only one person on duty for memory care. I figured since these “new owners” are taking over things would get better. I do not trust these people working here and I will not my grandfather in this care. Most importantly the head of nurses really put off a bad feeling. I think it was Maggie or margarine something like that. New owners please do better.

I cant say enough about Solterra Senior Living. When you walk in the door it feels more like a hotel. It's clean and neat and the apartments have everything a Senior needs. But it's the care their staff gives to the residents that's most impressive. Getting old isn't always easy and neither is caring for them. It's a 24/7 operation looking after my aunt and the level of care they provide allows me to sleep at night. The management, nursing, maintenance and housekeeping staff I have met and talked to are all compassionate professionals. If you live in the White Mountains and are ready for a senior living facility, Solterra is where you want to be.

My Grandma has come home today for her first day at Solterra. I would like to give a very special shout out and thanks to Adria for working so hard and diligently to make this happen. It wasn't easy for her and the transfer from the skilled nursing facility that Grandma was at but Adria didn't give up and we are so grateful. I am so happy that Grandma will be in the good hands of such wonderful people. This facility is absolutely beautiful, clean and has so many activities for your loved ones to be involved with. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to see their loved ones be comfortable in their golden years.

It's a great place when you come to time in life when you don't want to do yard work any more. Or your alone in you golden years. Staff is great, whether they are cleaning, cooking, waiting on you in dinning room, whatever, they are all great. They have all sorts of activities, exercise class's, Etc. very nice inside. They really do care.
