This home took great care of my mom who needed a tremendous amount of assistance. They did everything with love, kindness, and professionalism. Arsen was always quick to call with updates, questions, and suggestions. I would suggest and have already recommended this home to others.

I don’t know where to start in regards to my experience with my mom’s care at Solvita Residential Care. It will be exactly one year on March 10, 2024 that my dear mom has been a resident of Solvita. It was the hardest decision to make having to decide and place mom at a home. However, with God’s guidance and trust in him we were directed to Solvita. We feel blessed each and every time as a family when we visit mom that she is receiving the best care possible, which is the closest to the care she would receive by her loved ones at her own home. Arsen, the facility’s owner is hands on providing exceptional care to each and every resident along side with his outstanding team, Vartouhi and Goulnara. Another big plus is having Arsen's wife, Helen, the Administrator of the facility who is always hands on ready to help in any way she can by explaining what may be unclear to the family during times of confusion and uncertainty when you are trying to understand and make the right decision for a loved one. Solvita provides delicious home made food to their residents every day along with nutritional snacks. The place is always clean and smells fresh and the best is seeing my mom always groomed and clean with every visit anytime we go. The care and the cleanliness is unparalleled. I would give Solvita 10 stars without thinking twice if that was an option. Trust your loved ones under Arsen’s care and his team at Solvita and thank me later.
