From the moment she moved in, the staff welcomed her like she’d been part of the Somerset family all along. Katie, the receptionist, is truly one of a kind. She always greets us with the warmest smile and remembers the little details about my mom that make her feel so special. She’s the kind of person who can brighten your whole day with just a hello, and she always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. April, the Executive Director, is equally incredible. She’s compassionate, approachable, and deeply committed to making sure every resident is not only well cared for but also happy and engaged. You can see her heart in everything she does, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing my mom is in her care. The entire team creates a warm, safe, and friendly environment where my mom is thriving. Somerset isn’t just a place to live it’s a true community filled with love and kindness, and we are so thankful for everyone there.
