do not know if this was the owner or an employee but racist white worker verbally attacked my underage daughter in parking lot. She has video recording of the interaction and i will be contacting the facility and posting the incident on social media, worker was a white woman big messy hair in a white camry, my daughter is 15 and this woman shouldn’t be working in a place for healthcare the video is appalling when she could’ve simply shown kindness to a CHILD especially if there was a misunderstanding but instead verbally abused a minor as a healthcare worker. i would never send a love one of mine to this property for anything if these are are the kind of people they employee

Neglectful. They do not watch their residents here....it's your job to make sure they dont fall...hit their head...get hurt. Not here. Here they don't care. You can yell out for help but nobody will come. Nobody cares. Staff can be found sitting in the day room when you need them the most.

Somerset Court of University Place is wonderful! The staff there is always caring, friendly, and willing to help. It’s a breath of fresh air to see how the staff genuinely cares about the residents. The facility is clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

My experience as a guardian for my younger sister has ALWAYS been wonderful! Tammy and her crew are professional, warm ,caring and fun! I have gotten to know each one and they ALL are my favorites. I realize no place is perfect and someone may not care for certain things but to me they are darn near perfect. They love my sis even when she gets a bit moody or sassy. She’s not a perfect patient and I observe how she is re-directed by the staff and they listen to her.I love this place, it’s cared for, clean, they have parties, singing from churches and old rock and roll and soul music. Music these people can enjoy. There are trips to Walmart for those who are able to participate. They do all laundry, as well. A wonderful place!

During this time of Covid19 virus it is encouraging to hear of an assisted living facility who takes the care of their residents as if they were their own family. The management of Somerset Living Facility at University Place is such a facility. The management does a great job of solving issues before they evolve into a disaster. Again and again, we are hearing of nursing facilities that have multiple cases of Covid19 breakouts at their facilities, but that is not the case at Somerset Living Facility at University Place. I believe that this is because of the staff and their proactive and caring approach of all the residents. It is very refreshing to know that there are such facilities that genuinely care for the people they serve.
